PHA (Vic & Tas) Event and Masterclass Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/postponement of event/masterclass by PHA (Vic & Tas)

PHA (Vic & Tas) reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event or masterclass. If for any reason PHA (Vic & Tas) cancels an event/masterclass, the event fees paid will be refunded in full, however PHA (Vic & Tas) bears no responsibility for any other costs incurred (such as flights, accommodation, travel expenses or loss of income).

Cancellation of attendance to event/masterclass by registered attendee

A registered attendee of an event or masterclass who notifies PHA (Vic & Tas) that they are cancelling their attendance of that event/masterclass at least 14 calendar days in advance of the commencement date will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the event/masterclass are eligible for a refund upon request, less 50% of the registration cost. Cancellations made less than three days prior to the event/masterclass will not receive a refund.

A full refund may be available if a registered attendee is not able to attend due to illness or bereavement. The decision regarding payment of this refund will be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the President. Registrants may be asked to provide evidence to support their claim.

Should a registered attendee be unable to attend an event/masterclass for which they have registered and paid, a substitute PHA (Vic & Tas) member may attend in their place, provided PHA (Vic & Tas) has been notified in writing and in advance of the event/masterclass. If the attendee received a subsidy and the substitute attendee does not qualify for this subsidy, the full fee will apply and extra payment will be due and payable before the event/masterclass date.

All registrants for any PHA (Vic & Tas) event/masterclass must have paid their event registration fees in full prior to attending an event/masterclass or risk non-admission at the event/masterclass.

Refunds will not be provided to registrants who do not cancel or do not attend an event/masterclass.

Registrants who do not attend their enrolled event will be ineligible to receive event/masterclass information, including but not limited to notes, workbooks and slides.
